WBTF WINTER MEETING 2010

The Norwegian Gymnastics Federation is looking forward to host the annual winter meeting in 2010. The meeting will be held in Bergen, the host city for the 2010 World Championships.

The winter meeting will be held in Scandic Bergen City, which is the same hotel that will be the main hotel during the World Championships in 2010.

The preliminary plan for this weekend is:
 

Friday, 12th
Arrival of delegates
2:00pm – 6:00pm meeting
 

Saturday, 13th
9:00 Upam - 12:00 pm meeting
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm lunch
1:30 pm – 6:00 pm meeting
The time for visit to the venue and the other hotels will be decided upon at a later stage.
 

Sunday, 14th
9:00am – 1:00 pm meeting
Departure

The city of Bergen will invite all participants to a dinner during the stay. The date is still to be decided upon.
 

Accommodation Thursday to Monday
900,- NOK per night in single rooms
550,- NOK per person per night in double rooms
This only includes room and breakfast.
