General information
Meeting room/room for gathering
If your group would like to have a meeting or a gathering for your participants during the week, it is possible to book meeting room at some of the hotels. Booking and payment of meeting rooms shall be done directly to the hotel.

Payment
You will receive an invoice on half of the amount for your reservation. When you have paid the invoice we will confirm your booking. Payment according to your reservation has to be paid within two weeks after you have received the invoice. The rest has to be paid within 15 June 2010.
