About the Clinican


Jennifer Marcus Schwartz is a world champion baton twirler from Miami, Florida. She began twirling at 3 years old and competed across the world as a member of Team USA for 19 years before retiring from competition in August 2016.

During her tenure, she won 2 WBTF gold medals, 12 International Cup gold medals and several silver and bronze medals.

Shortly after retiring from competition, she received a call from Cirque Du Soleil offering her a dream job, a twirling act with their newest big top touring show, Volta. She went on to perform in more than 550 shows and tour through North America until February 2019.

Jennifer's passion is inspiring youth and sharing her sport through teaching and performing.

Jennifer attended Florida State University where she received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations and Journalism and a master's degree in Sports Management. She was the feature twirler for the Marching Chiefs, performed for the NBA's Orlando Magic and has traveled to more than 15 countries performing and teaching clinics.

She also coaches in South Florida and most recently, Zoom!

Jennifer is married to her wonderful husband Jonathan, and they have a beautiful little girl named Zoe.
