WBTF Board Representative Spotlight – 2021
WBTF wishes to spotlight our member representatives to the Board of Directors during the next few months. We thank each of them for sharing a little information about themselves and what their goals are for the future in baton twirling.

1. When and how did you get involved in baton twirling? *
I was 6 when I started this beautiful sport. I was an athlete for 14 years, judge for 11 years (chief judge is only for 3,5 years), and today I am coach. Baton twirling is more than a sport in my life.
2. What leadership positions have you been part of in your country? *
I am the president of Hungarian Twirling Federation.
3. How long have you represented your federation in the WBTF? *
Since 2019.
4. What do you believe is your strongest asset as the WBTF representative of your federation? * I think my open approach and my kindness.
5. What do you envision for baton twirling in your country in 10 years? *
I hope we will have more and more athletes and an amazing development. I hope in 800-1000 athletes, wonderful success.
6. Do you have an occupation outside of baton twirling? *
Yes, I am a personal assistant of a famous hairdresser.
7. Tell us a little about yourself … (i.e. family, pets, hobbies, awards, interests, etc.) *
I live in Budapest with my partner and my dog. I like to walk and hike with them. Usually I read some interesting book about brain control, etc.
8. What is one thing that no one in WBTF knows about you. *
There are countless such things, but so many people doesn’t know about me that I hate the odd numbers but my favourite number is 17.
