All baton twirling coaches, athletes, parents and other twirling enthusiasts are cordially invited to iTwirl15, a first of its kind educational expo that will be held October 10-11, 2015 in Bowie, Maryland.
“This is one of the most exciting things to happen in the sport of baton twirling in many years,” said John Chamberlain, president of the United States Twirling Association (USTA), which is sponsoring the event. “iTwirl15 will excite you, inspire you and provide you with a wealth of ideas, information, tips and techniques that will empower you to take your twirling to the next level.
“It will also give us the opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, share ideas and help grow the sport of baton twirling,” Chamberlain added.
iTwirl15 is open to coaches and twirlers at all levels and from all twirling organizations. It will feature a wide variety of classes taught by renowned experts from the U.S. and guest instructor Toshimichi Sasaki from Japan.
Coaches, athletes and parents can register for the full weekend or single day sessions. Just use the iTwirl15 registration link to register now!

Please note, paper registration forms must be received by October 1.
There are never enough educational opportunities in the sport of baton twirling, especially for the twirling coach and judge,” said Kathy Forsythe, iTwirls15 director. “We want to know how to teach that new roll successfully, create innovative flip series, and choreograph with a flare. iTwirl15 will enable twirling professionals to better their coaching skills and stay on the cutting edge. This headline event will energize and inspire coaches and athletes as the 2016 twirling season begins.”
